Happy Saturday!

I’m writing to you from the breezy, 65 degree, mildly sunny day on my back porch. I am sure that I should be doing something “dire” like laundry or maybe disinfecting my bathroom, but to be honest, I don’t care. I really don’t.

Not momentarily. This breezy, 65 degree, mildly sunny day was earned, and I do believe I deserve a slice of it. Laundry can come later, and maybe MAYBE I can pass the bathroom off to someone else.

I say all of this to say that I am tired, and anyone who works 50 hours a week and spends another 10 hours in two different classes, plus another 2-3 hours on homework a week will understand or, I hope, empathize with me when I say that I really am tired and I’d rather go to bed, or escape from my laundry/bathroom.
